1. Data controller

This website is operated by Gripen Environmental SRL, with registered office at B-dul Octavian Goga Nr. 12, Sector 3, Bucharest, Romania. For privacy questions, contact hello@gripen-e.com.

2. What we collect

When you submit a form on this website, we collect the data you provide (name, email, phone, company, project details, and any uploaded documents). We also receive technical metadata (IP address, browser, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly service that does not set cookies and does not track individual users.

3. Why we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, or process an application (lawful basis: performance of a contract / pre-contractual measures).
• To maintain operational records of business correspondence (lawful basis: legitimate interest).
• To comply with Romanian and EU legal obligations where applicable.

4. How long we keep it

General inquiries and quote requests: up to 24 months from last contact, then deleted unless a contract is signed. Job applications: 12 months (you can request earlier deletion). RFP submissions: as required by the procurement process and applicable law.

5. Who we share it with

Form submissions are delivered via Resend (data processor, EU/US infrastructure) and received in Google Workspace (data processor, US). Hosting and routing is provided by Cloudflare (data processor, US/EU). We do not sell or rent your data.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@gripen-e.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Romanian DPA (ANSPDCP).

7. Changes

We may update this policy as our processing changes. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
